Underpinning my work is the acknowledgement that if my clients are to achieve their full potential and transform their health, fitness and performance, then all aspects of their life need to be taken into account and this involves working on the "6 Pillars of Performance."
The 6 Pillars of Performance work synergistically to generate sustainable performance excellence. We will work on the first 3 pillars, focusing onthe person's internal systems which are physical, psychological and emotional.
Then, these are combined with strategic decision making, nutrition, social & environment which ensures person centred approach is adopted thus a real transformation can take place.
